This workshop is specifically designed for SB colleagues to learn the fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence (EI) through the competencies framework created by Six Seconds. It is meant for all SB staff who have yet to embark on the EI journey and wants to develop his/her EI skills in moving towards better understanding of oneself and others. This workshop promises to be lively, beneficial, educational and fun.
